High Speed Internet Access Information:
If you are having difficulty with your high speed Internet connection,
power off everything, including the DSL Modem or the Power Injector
that goes to your Wireless Antenna outside your house, as well as your
Router if you have one. Then after a minute, power everything
back up and within a couple minutes you should be back online. If
this doesn't work, your problem may be more serious and you should call
customer service.

Make sure you having SMTP Authentication enabled, and SSL enabled for POP port 995 and SMTP port 465. In Outlook Express under Tools -> Accounts -> Mail -> Properties -> Advanced, set POP port to 995 and SMTP port to 465 and checkmark SSL for both. In the Servers tab make sure "My outgoing server requires authentication" is checked. Alternatively, feel free to use the webmail system at
http://mail.scsinternet.com.
